Challenge
Toyota South Africa needed a dynamic solution to elevate product accessory browsing from transactional to experiential. The goal: create a mobile app that simplifies discovery, encourages exploration, and delivers brand value at every touchpoint.
Our Approach
We emphasised simplicity without sacrificing function. Leveraging intuitive filters (by model and accessory type), offline caching, video previews, and smart wishlists, the app accelerates the path to discovery. Every interaction, from search to request submission is guided by clean design, actionable clarity, and Toyota’s trusted voice.
