We seek an Unreal Engine Developer skilled in Pixel Streaming and interactive 3D applications. Lead immersive, photorealistic experiences for top automotive brands, combining real-time interactivity and secure deployment. Deliver training, product configuration, and engagement tools with technical excellence, creativity, and precision that meet luxury brand standards. High-impact, detail-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

3D Development & Programming

  • Design and enhance interactive 3D environments in Unreal Engine for engaging training, product showcases, and configurators.
  • Create intuitive interfaces and controls to ensure a seamless user experience.

Project Delivery

  • Work on diverse simulation and configuration projects for automotive and other industries, focusing on photorealism, interactivity, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to bring concepts to life in a variety of environments.

Integration & Deployment

  • Deliver secure, stable applications suitable for integration into client platforms.
  • Ensure compatibility with existing systems and digital environments.

Optimisation & Quality Assurance

  • Optimise for smooth performance across multiple platforms and devices.
  • Conduct thorough testing to maintain quality and reliability before release.



Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Unreal Engine 4/5 (Blueprints and/or C++).
  • Proven experience with Pixel Streaming setup, optimisation, and deployment.
  • Expertise in creating photorealistic 3D environments and assets.
  • Experience with client-server architecture and secure data integration.
  • Strong understanding of performance optimisation for real-time applications.
  • Familiarity with HTML/PHP embedding for interactive applications.
  • Knowledge of Three.js or similar WebGL frameworks (advantageous).
  • Experience with AR integration (optional but desirable).


Professional Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with designers, project managers, and clients.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high production values.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.


Experience & Education

  • Proven experience developing high-quality interactive 3D experiences, preferably in automotive, gaming, or training sectors.
  • Strong track record with Unreal Engine 4/5 (Blueprints and/or C++), including deployment of Pixel Streaming projects.
  • Portfolio demonstrating photorealistic 3D asset creation and interactive environments.
  • Previous work with client-server architecture and secure data integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interactive Media, Game Development, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
